Since 1997, our team has been dedicated to testing and advancing casting process technologies to produce products with various complex structures.
WENLA is headquartered in Hong Kong, with its wholly-owned manufacturing base located in Guangdong, China, spanning over 10,000 square meters. The company specializes in the R&D and production of precision castings for pumps and valves, fluid components, automotive parts, and mechanical components. It boasts a team of senior technical experts and production managers with over two decades of foundry experience. The workshop is equipped with advanced medium- and low-temperature wax full silica sol casting production lines, complemented by CNC and numerically controlled lathe machining lines. It also possesses advanced testing equipment: Shimadzu direct-reading spectrometers, tensile testing machines, impact testing machines, metallurgical microscopes, hardness testers, salt spray testers, and American HELMEL coordinate measuring machines. WENLA achieves an annual production capacity of 1,500 tons.
- In 2018, it was recognized as a “National High-tech Enterprise,”and in 2020, it obtained a “National Pollutant Discharge Permit.”
